So this year I had planned on being more attentive to my neglected blog. But life doesn't always turn out the way we plan. For reals. I've been in a kinda funk for like a couple of months now. Springs are not always so good for me. BUT I am on Day 2 of operation: Do Something...Anything. I have been wasting my time in the past sleeping-in until it was time to go to get ready for work. Skipping my meds. (Mom please don't kill me. I am taking them faithfully now. I promise. Seriously.) And work has felt like such a chore lately. I've just been feeling kinda stuck. I know that this has a lot to do with the fact that for various reasons, I haven't gone to church in like a month. I know, I know. I'm a sinner. But the whole point of this is that I saying that I am starting to feel more like myself now and it has only been a couple of days. Amazing how that works when you actually get out of bed. Even though my bed is soooooooooo comfortable with my eqyptian cotton sheets. Today I realized that I missed/forgot how much I loved blog-stalking. I also realized that I am usually a mid-morning person. NOT a morning person, or a night person, but a mid-morning person. I am not sure if that actually exists, but I don't care. It does now. Unfortunately I missed a lot of things during my "hybernation." In my life and in the lives of others. Like I missed National Donut Day! How could I miss this?! All I can think about is a krispy kreme donut, and Homer Simpson saying, "Donut." Maybe I will make up for missing it by eating 2 donuts today. :) I am going to leave y'all with a picture of my favorite nephew. It totally made my day! And I would never have seen it until I finally checked out my bro-in-law's facebook page.
P.S. A shout out to my bro-in-law, who probably will never read this, but way to go on being Mr. Mom for three whole weeks while Giuli takes some grad school classes in Phoenix.
P.P.S. Thanks Dad, who will also probably never read this, but thanks for making me taking Keyboarding in high school when I wanted to take a fluff class like office aide for something. Just wanted to say that for some reason.
P.P.P.S. If there are any typos in this post do not blame it on my former keyboarding teacher. She did her best with what she had.
Love to all,
Lily
